The installer installs AntennaBench for your Windows user and includes the Microsoft WebView2 runtime. AntennaBench is intentionally unsigned, so Windows may show an unknown publisher or a SmartScreen warning. Read the release notes and verify the checksum before opening it. Some managed Windows policies or Smart App Control may block unsigned apps.
Enter your station’s Maidenhead grid manually on Windows. Automatic station location is currently available on macOS only.
Current Mac previews are not Developer ID signed or notarized, so macOS may block the first launch. The local ad-hoc bundle seal checks integrity; it does not identify a developer or mean Apple has screened the app. Check the release notes, verify the project download’s checksum and provenance, then unzip the matching build and move AntennaBench.app to Applications.
After trying to open the app, if you trust this verified download and macOS offers the option, open System Settings → Privacy & Security → Open Anyway, then confirm Open. This gives permission for this app; a managed Mac may block it. Follow Apple’s guidance for an app from an unknown developer. Do not override a malware or damaged-app alert.
This early preview has automated package and application-workflow checks. Clean-machine interactive and external-beta validation remains deferred; read the release notes for the checks actually performed.
